Q: Where will our spare parts data live, and under what jurisdiction?


A: On-premise deployment is the default for regulated environments; a cloud option is available, hosted in Indonesia or Australia data regions. Panemu's security programme is built on the ISO 27001 control framework — access management, operations security, supplier relationships, incident handling — with formal certification on our roadmap, not claimed as already held. Personnel access is named, role-based, and fully audit-logged. Every engagement is governed by a mutual NDA from Discovery, a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and a right-to-audit clause available on request.

Q: How is this priced, and what happens when scope changes?


A: Engagement-based pricing tied to acceptance milestones — not seat counts, not retained hours. Scope changes are handled through a written change order with a fixed adjustment, signed by both sides before work proceeds. Payment terms follow your procurement policy (net-30, net-60, or milestone-linked). SoWs issue in IDR, AUD, SGD, MYR, or USD as your entity requires.


Q: If we stop mid-way, what do we walk away with?


A: Every milestone is an acceptance gate. Cleansed records, taxonomy maps, characterisation sets, and BOM linkages are delivered at each gate in your preferred export format — usable in any ERP or MDM tool, not locked to SCS®. IP in the derived dataset: yours. IP in the SCS® platform itself: Panemu's. No data held hostage clause; no early termination penalty beyond the milestone already in progress.


Q: How do we know you can execute at our scale?

Q: How do we audit the work, and what evidence do we keep for internal review?


A: Every record carries an audit trail: who characterised it, against which standard (UNSPSC, NATO NCS, ISO 8000, ISO 14224, MESC, noun-modifier), who approved it, and when. Your internal governance can reject at any stage in the 7-stage workflow. Monthly engagement reports cover duplicate rate, acceptance rate, and milestone progress.



Q: Can we speak to a customer who has run this for more than a year?


A: Yes, arranged under NDA after the Assessment phase closes. Panemu does not offer reference calls before scope is defined — the conversations are more useful when both sides know what they're comparing. Names of reference customers are shared once the SoW conversation is active.
